Marketing Assistant

The Part Time Inbound Marketing Assistant will support marketing campaigns by coordinating the shipping of promotional materials to prospective clients as well as sales staff and vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and ships material samples
  • Emails follow up/tracking information to recipients
  • Maintains the sample center
  • Organizes and inventories stock levels in sample center
  • Supports sales staff and outside partners by providing promotional items, both for a regular stock and specific requests
  • Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment
  • Manage other special projects or duties as assigned
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions

The hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-1PM or 9AM-2PM. This is a position that will eventually turn full-time and would be a great position for someone that is looking to get their foot in the door with great growth opportunity.
