Responsibilities:

  • Acts as receptionist in answering telephones and greeting public whenever necessary
  • File, organize, scan, copy and fax legal documents
  • Screens and directs calls and visitors to appropriate staff
  • Handles complaints and inquiries resolving those which fall under delegated authority 
  • Opens and maintains case files, providing security and confidentiality 
  • Processes a variety of word processing applications with MS Office and Office 365
  • Opens, stamps, and distributes mail
  • Any other duties as assigned
